Suit up!

I think I'm getting fat. Does anyone know of any good way to keep up an exercise routine with a 9-5 job? Anyone want to do something active with me on a set schedule? I like racket sports, but I don't really like running (just running by itself, I mean).

Has anyone else been watching How I Met Your Mother on CBS on Monday night at 8:30 PM? (You know, the one you sandwich in between Arrested Development and Prison Break.) I think Katie's flippant observation is somewhat correct. If I were single and had friends like those, I'd probably be the Doogie Howser character on that show. Well, not really the Doogie Howser character, but the character played by the guy who played Doogie Howser in Doogie Howser, MD.

I dunno if you have a bike, or if it's possible where you work, or what you have to take to work, but you should ride to work. It's nice- it hardly takes any extra time, and hey, there's some exercise. (and if you don't have one, get one from free ride!)
