Meng (Katie's high school friend) was here last weekend. We had fun - we went to Fallingwater (pictures up on Flickr), watched the Survivor premiere, went up and down the incline, and ate at the Church Brew Works.

Katie's getting paid to be a stage manager for the Young Playwright's Festival at City Theatre, which is cool, but it also means she's going to be working lots of nights and weekends for the next couple of weeks, which will be sad. I watched the Steelers game yesterday while braising some steaks, and I was sad when they lost. I won against the Eagles in Madden, though.

We bought the first season of Desperate Housewives on DVD. We've watched 4 discs (16 episodes) so far, but we didn't quite finish the entire season before last night's premiere, so we just taped the premiere and will watch it sometime this week after we watch the remaining 8 episodes.

I got excited about the Game Boy Micro, but I probably don't need one. Also, I'm probably way too excited for this game.
