Today, I’ve been married to Katie for three years.
It’s been a great three years. We celebrated by going to the Melting Pot, where I ate too much food and drank two glasses of wine.
I love my wife! It’s true.

There’s an interesting trend with new titles that have been appearing on Netflix Watch Now – tv shows that are currently airing.
The series appear on Netflix when the season starts, and new episodes show up as they air.
It’s a bit of a win-win proposition. I get to watch shows on my TV (assuming my Xbox decides to work that day) without commercials on my time without having to remember to record it.
The idea of expiring shows is also intriuguing. Showtime has used this to good effect giving previews of new shows.
Either way, I’m interested to see where this goes. If the future of tv means subscribing to Netflix and getting on demand all network shows, count me excited.
Just saw Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Must say, I’m a bit disappointed. Maybe because the book was massive and it seemed like a bunch was cut to make it fit the running time. Maybe because the climax felt a bit anticlimactic.
Anyway, time to drive home and turn in for the night. Ain’t no party like a Felix Felicis party!
I had the day off from work today, like most. Because of the extra time, I was able to watch some TV, mow the lawn, play 9 holes of (virtual) golf, watch Public Enemies, and convince Sarah Palin to step down.
I didn’t find too much time to fool around in Kodu, so I’ll hold off my comments on it for another day or so.
Happy 4th. Enjoy your holiday safely and don’t forget to rub it in the face of anyone you know who happens to be British.
