{"id":554,"date":"2009-10-18T17:10:07","date_gmt":"2009-10-19T01:10:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.scott-n-katie.com\/blog\/?p=554"},"modified":"2009-10-18T17:10:07","modified_gmt":"2009-10-19T01:10:07","slug":"day-249-goods-and-bads","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.scott-n-katie.com\/blog\/?p=554","title":{"rendered":"Day 249: goods and bads"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Good:<\/strong> I put new wiper blades on the car today, we fixed our broken headlights without having to take the car in to a shop, and there are new tires waiting for us at CostCo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bad: <\/strong>My HDMI switcher that I bought not so long ago has decided to stop working.&#160; It\u2019s still well within warranty, so I should be able to get a new one, but it\u2019s a hassle and a pain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Good: <\/strong>I knocked out King Hippo today.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bad: <\/strong>He knocked me out once.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Good:<\/strong> The Steelers won today, with Troy Polamalu playing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bad: <\/strong>I didn\u2019t get to watch it because the NFL hates me for living in California.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Good:<\/strong> I actually kind of like FlashForward.&#160; And Dominic finally showed up in the episode we watched today!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bad: <\/strong>Balloon boy was all a hoax!<\/p>\n<p>So, as you can see, today has been a roller coaster of emotions.&#160; Don\u2019t even get me started on the expired yogurt experiment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good: I put new wiper blades on the car today, we fixed our broken headlights without having to take the car in to a shop, and there are new tires waiting for us at CostCo.
